Interview preparation built on evidence, not memorized lines
Interviews make almost everyone nervous, and most advice makes it worse. Smile more, be confident, firm handshake. None of that tells you what to say when someone asks why you left your last job.
Our approach is simple. An interview is the employer checking whether your evidence holds up, so we prepare evidence: short stories about real problems you solved, told in a clear order. What was the situation, what did you do, and what changed? Two or three good stories can answer most questions an interviewer will ask.
This section covers phone screens, video interviews, panel interviews and working interviews. We also write about the harder conversations: explaining a gap, answering a lawful question about a record honestly, handling pay questions, and what to ask at the end so you learn whether the job is right for you.
