Projecteffina reaches people who are actively working on their next job, and the organizations that help them get there.

Who reads Projecteffina

Our readers are job seekers, career changers and adults returning to work, many of them building digital skills or looking at training for the first time in years. Alongside them are workforce program staff, nonprofit leaders, community college advisors, mentors and employers who hire for skills. We're a new publication, so we won't quote traffic figures we can't yet show; ask us and we'll share current numbers from our analytics.

Ad formats

  • Leaderboard (728×90): at the top of most pages and between article sections.
  • Square (300×250): in sidebars and inside article text.
  • Skyscraper (160×600): a sticky sidebar unit on desktop.
  • Sponsored articles: clearly labeled as sponsored at the top of the page, written to our editorial standards, and limited to topics that genuinely help our readers.

What we accept and what we don't

Good fits include accredited training providers, employers hiring for skills, job boards, career tools and community programs. We turn down ads for programs that guarantee jobs or income, charge large fees with high-pressure enrollment, or target people in financial trouble with predatory offers.

Editorial independence

Advertisers don't see articles before publication and can't buy coverage, links or changes to our guides. Sponsored content is always labeled, and our own articles are never edited to suit an advertiser.
